Return/Exchange Policy

  • For Non-Quality Problem
  • Orders signed within 7 days:

          We provide "7 Days No Reason Return/Exchange". That is, if you simply do not like it you can return freely. On this condition buyer bear 2 ways shipping when return to our address.(either US or China, US customers can return to our US warehouse)

          PS: for custom design orders, "7 Days No Reason Return/Exchange" is not work. We not accept return for custom designs orders if no quality problems.

 

  • Orders signed beyond 7 days:

           If not quality problem or not our fault to send the wrong size, beyond 7 days, you shall pay for the shipping cost to return and also about US$10-15 shipping cost for us to resend if you want replacement.

 

  • For Quality Problem or Our Fault Caused Problem

          We will resend item or refund you once we get your photo evidence.

  1. Order number
  2. The Sku of the products which need to return or exchange
  3. Evidence pictures to shown faulty items.

  • I placed an Order on March 12 (Order SK1140) and it has been more than two months and I have never received it. The tracking information is in a foreign language and shows it is still out of the country!!!! I keep getting emails from SouthKingze to rate my items and although I have responded that I did not get them, I get no satisfaction. Will be forced to contact my credit card provider and inform them I never received my order.

  • I recieved a Package from you that I did not order. I am wondering how you got my information and sent this to me? I do not want these items and I don’t know what to do with them. I hope I was not charged and again wondering how you got my information. Not very happy.
